Big challenges that require adaptability give me a lot of energy. I like to solve 'businesses' puzzles. Not that I seek for that 24/7, but because of this part of my personality and because I have built trusting relationships with my leaders, I was chosen to drive new initiatives everywhere I've been to. Most of them with technical complexities involved. I like to be close to technical teams, design architecture, propose infrastructure, and discuss about the 'how to make this work".

- Implementation of a digital credit product based on solar energy: from the power plant project to the software solution
- Identity and Access Management Implementation (SSO - Single Sign-on, provisioning, User management)
- Design and Implementation of features enabling free trial models
