Hello, my name is Lucas, and I am a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field of International Relations, working in teaching, research, management, consulting, and online education. Additionally, my interests and activities beyond teaching include Digital Marketing; Government Relations; Media and Pop Culture; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; ESG and sustainability practices, among others.

I am currently a Professor of International Relations at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) in São Paulo. I teach courses in both Portuguese and English, coordinate the African Continent Observatory (a group that monitors and publishes information and news about African countries), organize events, manage working groups, and offer training and professional development courses. More recently, I began coordinating the Postgraduate Program in Contemporary Politics and International Relations.

I have also started my postdoctoral research at the Federal University of Uberlândia, as part of my continuous pursuit of knowledge and growth. In line with this, I began a postgraduate program in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Organizations at FIA. Simultaneously, I initiated studies in ESG, Leadership, and Innovation in a new postgraduate program at FAAP.

I recently completed a postgraduate program in Communication and Digital Marketing, an area I consider crucial not only due to the current context of globalization but also because it complements programming, data analysis, and International Relations.

Previously, I was a Visiting Researcher at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where I enhanced my written and spoken English, achieving greater fluency. During that time, I taught a course in Spanish for a Latin American Studies class and conducted data collection and analysis, working with documents and speeches from the Library of Congress and the National Archives of the United States.

For several years now, I have co-hosted a YouTube channel on international politics and pop culture called *Em Dupla Com Consulta* with Fernanda Magnotta. On the channel, we discuss "complex" International Relations topics in a simple and accessible way. Additionally, we connect everyday issues and cultural elements to the field's knowledge to demonstrate how analytical skills can be practically applied!
