Remote worker in Paris with 9+ years of experience - Last seen 2 years ago

I am looking for my second full time job as a Data Scientist. Montréal Canada or equivalent timezone (EST) preferred.

My experience as an intern then full-time data scientist @ MEREO : identify KPIs, build relevant Shiny dashboards, test machine learning models to find product segmentation, handle large datasets in real time, deploy models to production, share jupyter notebooks to compare models as a team.

I graduated as a Software Engineer in 2017, worked as an API engineer @ Match Group. There, I discovered the importance of data on the product, and how software is just the means to access and store it.

My experience @ MEETIC: micro-service architecture, PHP (Symfony), Scala (Kafka), ELK stack, continuous integration (gitlab, artifactory).

I pivoted after nearly 3 years to graduate in 2021 with a Masters degree in Data Science (international program). My internship as a Data Scientist @ Mereo was extended into a full year, but is now running its course.

My experience @ MEREO : manage large datasets, R data engineering (feather, dplyr), dataviz devops (R Shiny website), prospective data analysis on Jupyter Notebooks (Google colab, Keras, Sklearn), international client demos.




I am looking for a new international experience, as I very much enjoyed studying abroad. I am currently in France but looking to move fast to Montréal.
