With 30 years of experience in the corporate workforce, I am a seasoned talent strategist and program manager who has a passion for diversity and inclusion. I have worked at Dell for a total of twenty-five years, where I have successfully recruited and retained diverse talent across various functions and levels. I have also led and supported multiple initiatives and projects to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging at my previous company, such as mentoring, training, and resource groups. Most recently, promoted to an early talent strategist and program manager at Dell, connecting young professionals with opportunities. There, I applied my skills and expertise in diversity recruitment, project management, and talent development to help launch the current Changing The Face of Tech team for Emerging Talent recruiting. I am looking for a new challenge where I can leverage my extensive experience and knowledge in talent acquisition, program management, and diversity and inclusion to make a positive impact on the organization and the society.
