I have over a year of experience in tech support, but I feel that I've gathered a lot of experience in this past year, I was working with a Start-up, and as a growing company, all the processes would change a lot, and more than that, even within CS I have worked in many different areas.
For example, I've worked with Google My Business profiles, basic SEO, domains, billing, sales, and used all kind of channels, such as, Freshdesk, Live Chat, video, social media and calls.
I'm also a very curious person, so I enjoy reading a lot and learning new subjects all the time, I'm studying WordPress, SEO and Copywriting at the moment.
I have always been passionate about helping others, so I would say that I care deeply about providing excellent customer service. In fact, I have been doing since my very first job as a receptionist in the hospitality industry. Now I have found a new passion in tech support and in the online business industry.
