Hello! I am a passionate IT professional who thrives on challenges and has a strong 12-years experience leading teams and projects in the field. Currently, I hold the position of IT Leader, where I am responsible for information management and security, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Additionally, I am an expert in providing support for Linux and Windows systems, SQL development, implementing and maintaining the Protheus ERP, and conducting managerial analysis through the Power BI tool.

My professional journey at Primo Tedesco S.A. started in June 2014, and over the years, I have had the opportunity to enhance my technical and leadership skills. During my role as a Senior Support Analyst, from June 2014 to August 2018, in Caçador, Santa Catarina, Brazil, I gained valuable experience in network management, NAS, Zabbix, PFSense, and general Linux and Windows server administration.

Currently, I am continuously studying technical competencies in SQL, JavaScript, and React. I strongly believe in the importance of staying updated with the latest trends and technological advancements, enabling me to offer innovative and efficient solutions to the challenges faced by the team and the company.

Throughout my career, I have stood out for my ability to solve problems swiftly and effectively, allowing me to deliver high-quality results and promote customer and end-user satisfaction.
