I graduated from Faculty of Computer Science, I have a diploma in digital transformation, since graduation I have attended and completed many courses and certificates that support and enrich my soft and technical skills.
I started my practical life directly after my graduation with almost 17 years of experience progressed between technical and business roles.
Started as a Software Engineer (development background) and now I am a software project manager, all my experiences were in SME companies as service provider always in acting as a vendor-side with direct communication with clients.
Most of my experience years I was specialized in implementing and supporting Enterprise solutions for managing Enterprise Information and Content Management (EIM & ECM) projects in different domains such as governmental, banking, engineering that serving private and public sectors.
I was working closely with the data management, which gave me the opportunity to study many businesses and deal with different types of clients in normal and strategic large-budget projects.
Recently, I shifted from the EIM and ECM area and started to work in a general software project that covers a wide range of services and technologies not only the ECM, such as infrastructure, custom software products ...etc.
