At my present organisation about 78 PC's using windows 10 and 11 and I mostly go through each and every possible situation to resolve any OS related functionalities and when it comes to Microsoft 365 our organisation's every dept utilises it and recently I m learning AI with Excel as an add-on to make things finished up faster. And when it comes to SharePoint I know basic things about it as it has not been implemented in our organisation as we are going with ZOHO MAIL AND WORKDRIVE. And regarding Microsoft team's we go with ZOOM as we have subscription for it as per corporate collaboration, although I have basic knowledge about that even. And when it comes to PRINTER'S I would like to bring into your notice that I hold a Certificate at a renowned institute's Vocational training for about 4 and more involving in Desktop, Laptops, CCTV and Printer's software and hardware troubleshooting to the core and finding ways to resolve the issue at the earliest.
