Summary:
I am a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong background in marketing management, international trading, and logistics. I possess a Bachelor of Commerce Marketing Management Honours Degree from Midlands State University, as well as a Diploma in Shipping and Logistics Administration from the Board of Business Managers (UK).
I am currently employed as an Exports Officer (Marketing) at Bikita Minerals Zimbabwe responsible for trading lithium to Chinese markets. I am the former junior cotton trader for The Cotton Company of Zimbabwe who was responsible for trading cotton to Southern Africa, French, Chinese and Pakistan markets. Throughout my career, I am responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for lithium, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with international buyers and traders. I have a strong background in marketing management, international trading, and logistics, as well as expertise in market research, contract negotiation, and sustainability concepts.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote lithium and other minerals, including sales reports, market analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with international buyers and traders.
• Negotiate and draft contracts for the sale of lithium and other minerals.
• Manage logistics and shipping arrangements for exported minerals.
• Conduct market research and due diligence to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and sustainability standards in the mining and trading of minerals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and trading activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials.
