In 2017, I was awarded a scholarship to start my studies at FEI, where I participated in various projects, including the Academic Center for Chemical Engineering. In this role, I learned to optimize the purchasing and selling of raw materials and gained my first experience with a corporate hierarchical structure. After a year, feeling more professionally mature, I decided to challenge myself with a new project: the Academic Directory of FEI. This position came with even greater responsibilities, and I had the opportunity to lead a team of about four members, overseeing the creative process as well as the purchasing and selling of new products for our collections.
While striving for academic growth, I also focused on my professional and social contributions, participating in internships and social projects such as the "Women in Color" initiative, which I led during my internship at AkzoNobel.
Throughout this journey, I prioritized maintaining a balanced life, taking care of both my physical and mental health through activities like going to the gym, attending therapy, and pursuing personal development. Additionally, I worked hard to nurture my relationships with friends and family while completing several professional courses.
