The experience that I bring is based on a ground up foundation of Administration Management and knowledge across a range of industries including local government, Mining, Construction, Agriculture and Hospitality for over 25 years.

I began as a cleaner on mine sites in the remote Pilbara region of Western Australia. My passion to do better landed my first role as a Human Resource and Health & Safety Coordinator. This sparked an interest in ensuring her team-mates and colleagues were kept safe during their shift, and so began my career in Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Management.

I strive to see all businesses succeed through growth and forward thinking. Best practice for achievement of these goals is through risk mitigation and maximising opportunities whilst implementing and maintaining management systems.
