My name is Kanu Emmanuel and I am 27 years old.
For the past 3 years, Iโve been working as a front desk officer, personal assistant and a customer service representative at MDV.
I have some background knowledge about customer care ethics and a degree from National Open University. What really got me into the field, though, is the internship I did at Company Global communications which is a telecommunications company in Nigeria where I worked as a customer care representative.
Throughout my career, Iโve noticed that Iโve always been good with numbers and handling data.
For example, when I was working at MDV, I led a team which saw that a huge contract was awarded to us also i led a project for migrating all operations data to a new data warehousing system to cut down on costs.
Moving forward, I hope to expand my experience across different industries. which is why Iโm interested in your company..โ
