Hi, I'm Juan Carlo Day. Throughout my life, I have been in contact with clients, negotiating and assisting. My professional experience was acquired through work in export and import, using both English and Spanish to communicate with clients.
When I turned 54, I decided to make a career transition and completed a JAVA/WEB and Database course through a free professional training program called Entra-21. This knowledge enabled me to be hired by Anheuser-Busch InBev, where I have been working for the past 2 years in support of the company's sales application, resolving customer issues using various platforms such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Postman.
Unfortunately, a few days ago, along with 300 other employees, I was laid off as part of a global restructuring of the company. I believe that my professional experience and the technical knowledge gained during my work as a Support Analyst are suitable for the position being offered.
