I am a data-driven technology professional with over 5 years of experience building and shipping cloud-native applications for Dell Technologies. During this period, I have built 3 applications from scratch in the invoice visibility and invoice collections domain, which helped collect $13B+ due invoices over time. I have worked with customers to understand their pain points, with stakeholders to understand product vision, funding, and feasibility, with engineering teams to build solutions using modern practices, and with analytics teams to assess key metrics after product launch. To summarize, I have collective experience in Technical Product Management, Agile Full-Stack Software Engineering, DevOps, Product Analytics and Cloud Infrastructure Setup.

Customer empathy is what drives me to do more with technology and solve problems on a large scale. I am passionate about working at an intersection of technology and business where I can leverage my knowledge in both fields to build unparalleled customer experiences and generate value for organizations. I like to drive solutions end-to-end and take complete ownership of my work.

At Dell Technologies, I witnessed the power of data analytics in business decision making. I realized how analyzing legacy data could provide meaningful insights and sometimes even dictate the future. Therefore, I decided to pursue a Master's in Business Analytics at the Foster School of Business to learn the data skills essential to drive businesses and to become a leader of tomorrow. I am aspiring to work as a Product Manager after graduating.
