I have over 6 years in customer service experience, ranging from food service to call collections.
Currently, I am employed as an assistant teacher at a private school for children with intellectual disabilities. I facilitate a classroom of 10+ students, which includes and is not limited to feeding the children, changing them when necessary, providing emotional and academic support, and assisting other classrooms when required.

I graduated from Jolie Health and Beauty Academy, where I attended a 650 hour advanced esthetic's program, obtaining many achievements and graduating at the top of my class. Upon obtaining my license, I became an entrepreneur, owning my own freelance makeup artistry business by the age of 19.

I have since honed in on my skills as an artist, and frequently paint watercolor portraits in my spare time. I also taught myself the art of juggling, which has given me the ability to directly focus on multiple tasks at once while giving them equal attention to detail. I would be more than happy to show my skill of juggling via a Zoom interview with your company.

I previously worked in a call collections center for 2 years on contract with Citizen's Bank, where I received a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Though the environment would be considered very high-stress and fast-paced, I enjoyed my time there guiding customers through financial hardships, while maintaining a high standard for myself in customer rapport.
