My name is Joy Kioko, a dedicated professional in communication with an experience in Customer Care and Telesales. I worked as a Call Centre representative at Call Center International, handling both inbound and outbound calls for an Australian based campaign; Foxtel; a Television company handling both Satellite and IPTV streaming.
