I believe in the agile community and am engaged in spreading its values because I value processes and methods, but my greatest fascination is helping people. I found in agility the tools to make possible what I always sought: facilitate, lead in a serving way, engage, motivate and lead teams to amazing results.

I have an extensive experience of more than 30 years of career with international experience, working in large multinational organizations, in various Information Technology projects. I started my career as Scrum Master in 2019, combining all my knowledge in information technology, negotiation, leadership, planning, management of predictive projects with the agile world. My ability to manage processes, people and time has brought a very important differential for my performance and implementation of agile methodology in the development and delivery of products and services.

I am certified Scrum Master (PSM II), OKRCP, Kanban KMP, ITIL, COBIT, MNT 3.0 and as an agile enthusiast, I practice my engagement through communities (such as Open Room and Agilezando), events (such as Lean Coffee SP and Lean Coffe Brazil and Open Roon), networking and many studies through books, articles, podcasts and courses in platforms such as Udemi, Scrum.org and Kanban University (Institute of Management and Information Technology) that follow up to the present day, because the knowledge backlog is managed by means of Continuous Delivery.
