Hi!
I am Jorge. I consider myself a fast learner, I like analyzing data, finding patterns, establishing the right metrics and getting to the bottom of a question or business problem that needs to be solved. In my professional experience, I have worked as a Business Operations Intern as well as an Strategy & Finance Intern. In regards to the first, I contributed to the development of a same day delivery project through demand analysis, zoning, and daily coordination with logistics providers. Achieved a delivery effectiveness of 96.8%, with more than 1200 orders delivered on a 24-hour deadline. I also conducted a daily management of reshipments corresponding to the online sales channel. Achieved a reduction of - 2.5 PP in the number of invoiced orders cancelled per campaign, provided greater flexibility to the operation, increasing delivery effectiveness by + 3 PP nationwide. In relation to my Finance work experience, I was able to provide insights and analysis relating the expenses of various cost centers within the organization, seeking efficiencies in the use of resources. I developed and automated a financial statement report that would let managers filter data by brands, consolidating various data bases. From this report, we were able to identify an inefficient use of the publicity budget regarding an specific brand.
