I served as a Training Coordinator and later as a Business Development and Operations Assistant for an HR Services Provider and Consulting Company for nearly two years.

During this time, I handled diverse tasks across various platforms, focusing on organizing timely and hands-on training and learning events primarily for HR professionals. My responsibilities included managing the event management system—sourcing, coordination, monitoring attendance and payments, scheduling, and post-training communication with clients and external trainers.

As I progressed, I assumed responsibility for online branding and marketing for Learning and Development services. This involved organizing webinar engagements, collaborating with subject matter experts and sponsors, and leveraging social media platforms to attract leads.

In addition to my professional roles, I volunteered for the training and education pathway of Communitails, Inc., a community promoting mental health and wellness. Communitails, Inc. fosters the healing potential of the human-animal bond through Animal-Assisted Interventions. Notably, I contributed to evaluating Human-Animal Teams (HATs) to enhance practices in this field nationwide.

Further, I am a spay and neuter and veterinary services event partner organizer for Pet Partner Philippines Inc., a SEC registered corporation formerly known as 'Doc Gab - Veterinarian'. Our mission is to provide low-cost, quality veterinary services such as vaccinations, deworming, and spay/neuter programs, along with pet supplies to communities. I spearheaded 'The Kapon Pawject', a private Facebook group established two years ago with over 14,800 members. The group aims to educate and encourage pet owners to participate in mass spay and neuter events in their communities through shared promotion.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Additionally, I have practical training in digital marketing, a Six Sigma White Belt certification, and I am a PRC Registered Psychometrician.
