A communication and public relations professional with a successful 14-year track of establishing positive customer experience and increased employee engagement. Passionate about the public, humanitarian and business sectors. At the administrative level, I have 5 years hands-on experience in enhancing work harmony and unity of action through effective coordination of employees at the headquarters and the branch offices.

My experience in operations and office management has made me detail-oriented and process-driven.
