I'm a puzzle solver at heart. No matter what situation I find myself in, I naturally take in all of the information provided, extrapolate, and look for flaws that can be fixed. I look to make not only my own situation easier, but how I can help those in my immediate vicinity, whether they're above or below me on the corporate ladder. Anything that I can do to improve corporate processes makes my life and those of my co-workers better.

I am a highly analytical individual that thrives in data driven environments. Being able to review my performance in concrete data, is something that I consider an asset. I use that data to improve myself and my own performance. I enjoy finding statistical irregularities that can tell us more than surface data. Examples of this can be found in employee scheduling and sales metrics.

An example of this is when I was given permission to review daily activity reporting software on the managerial level. I had discovered that the payroll was miscalculating due to total worked hours being based on an old schedule, thereby causing consistent discrepancies between total amount of compensation paid versus expected payroll figures. This endeavor was perused around my standard responsibilities. This led to a near-total review of the data collection and reporting software used at that location.

In my personal life I enjoy running Dungeons and Dragons campaigns, strengthening teamwork and communication among a diverse group. I also enjoy playing co-op games where rapid pace communication and response times are essential. Regardless of it's usefulness of a work situation, I enjoy playing the Ocarina. Yes, I did want to play as a result of Legend of Zelda, No, it was not where I first heard of the Ocarina.
