I am a hands-on Product Manager with proven experience owning B2B, B2C and D2C products end-to-end, from discovery and product roadmap through backlog grooming, release management and go-to-market. I partner with designers, engineers and commercial teams to translate business goals into clear PRDs, technical specs and developer-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
I use Agile / Scrum to run sprints, drive prioritization, and keep multiple cross-functional teams aligned using Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Confluence, and Notion.

3) Requirements & docs: write PRDs, functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers and stakeholders rely on.

4) Integrations & technical coordination: specify and test API integrations, payloads and partner workflows; act as the technical PM liaison between devs and clients.

5) UX & data: partner with design on UX flows, run usability testing and use analytics/metrics and A/B insights to iterate features.

6) Launch & GTM: coordinate launch activities, monitor success metrics and translate user feedback into roadmap improvements.
