I left that role to follow my dream to own my own Gym.

I have 10 years experience as an S&C coach working with both the general public and elite level athletes in powerlifting, strongman, lacrosse and GB dragonboat.

Owning my own business taught me endless new skills in marketing, customer service, accounting, budgeting and working with a host of personality types.

Myself and my wife have recently moved to New Zealand, meaning i sold my successful business and am now looking to work remotely.

I do have a side project which i started during covid to support the Lacrosse community which i have strong links in (played for wales for 10 years internationally) this wouldn't affect any role i am offered, but shows you my work.
