KEY ACHHIVMENTS
AD PLASTIK
Working in highly competitive and demanding automotive industry, delivering over 60000 plastic parts (door panels, instrument panels, bumpers etc.) per day. High serial production with quality level of 20 ppm. While I was plant manager my team and I succeed to daily deliver required quantities without any major quality issue. Our main customer was Renault. Iโm very proud of process organization and continue improvement culture we maintained in those years. Also, I would like to stress that we always did manage to deliver budget plans and business goals.
DIOKI
Increasing a production of polyethylene factory from 30000 t/year to 50000 t/year. Together with my team, in just two-year time, we solved all major technical and technological problems that polyethylene factory faced from startup of factory.
ALMOS
Together with the team I formed, in less than a year we manage to change the culture of the company towards a more professional direction. As a result of our work, the company achieves the best results since its foundation (PLS and EBITDA) from 2020 to 2022.
