I have experience in social science research, teaching assistantship at the college level, customer service retention and sales (5 years).
I am currently working as a customer success manager in the software department of Cision, a public relationscompany. My job is to ensure a return on investment for my client portfolio.
I adore what I do because my job is all about helping others and finding solutions to the problems my clients bring to me. I basically bring the human nuance that the algorithm canโt do. That include consulting, market research and data analysis.
My travel experiences helped me understand different cultures and quickly adapt change. It also helped me learn how to talk to people and handle tricky situations.
