My great passion are understanding the problems of the user, explore potential solutions and testing product features and improvements to find the optimal user experience. I help my clients to prioritize ideas and features, area of improvements that are useful, desirable, accessible and inform what to build and the ROI achieved by building it. Informed decisions can also save on costs by reducing development time and eliminating costly redesigns of the product.
I know that no single approach is the best for Product/UX Research, and so I have been experienced in a range of research methodologies such as qualitative (field study, ethnography, user diary, user in-depth interview, group interview, expert interview, workshopping, usability testing, concept testing, benchmark testing, competitive analysis, ) and quantitative (surveys, quantitative usability testing)
