I'm an Irish-educated clinical dietitian & nutritionist with a background in food science. In addition to my academic history, I have experience working in clinical and community settings, where I have had the pleasure of working alongside a wide variety of different individuals and groups.

I recently left my job in the Irish healthcare sector and relocated to the UAE and while I have thoroughly enjoyed having some time off, I am keen to get back to work.
