I am M. Hasnan Habib Dalimunthe, a professional with over 15 years of experience in operational management, finance, and project execution across various industries, including construction, banking, and infrastructure. My journey began in Medan, Sumatera Utara, where I developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, project management, and team leadership—skills that have since defined my career.

My early career started at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk, where I had the opportunity to work my way up from a credit analyst to leading the Bad Debt Management division. In this role, I successfully improved the credit quality across North Sumatra and Aceh, an accomplishment that earned me the Best Analyst for Credit Quality Improvement award in 2008. This experience taught me the importance of strategic analysis and data-driven decision-making.

Later, as a Financial and Project Manager at PT. Medan Monorail Indonesia, I took on the responsibility of conducting feasibility studies and managing the financial planning for a Rp. 19 trillion monorail project. This role deepened my understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects and gave me the chance to collaborate closely with government bodies and investors, strengthening my communication and project coordination skills.

Most recently I served as Operations Manager at CV. Berkah Mandiri Pratama and CV. Buana Angkasa Mandiri. In this role, I manage complex civil and construction projects, overseeing project budgets and team performance to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Leading a team of professionals and handling multi-million projects has strengthened my commitment to deliver high-quality results within a cost-effective framework.

Academically, I hold a degree in Financial Management from the University of North Sumatra and have completed extensive training at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, covering areas such as credit analysis, proactive marketing, and leadership. Integrity, adaptability, and goal-oriented leadership are values I prioritize, and I am constantly motivated to drive success and create positive impacts through my work.
