Gina, worked full time in the Fashion Industry while she went to school. She earned as Associates Degree In Fashion Merchandising and Buying. Her Fashion Career lasted 18 years as a Fabric (Product) Manager. In 1999 through a team management leadership program she and three other women produced an Off-Off Broadway Show. It was then Gina decided that she wanted to produce films for women. It was her good fortune to go the New School University in New York City to get her undergraduate degree in Film Studies. Gina graduated with honors in the Spring of 2004. She then entered the Media Studies Graduate Program the following fall at the New School where she earned her Masters of Arts in 2006. It was while getting her masters she met Jesse Epstein a documentary filmmaker.

Gina and Jesse started their own documentary film Company from 2005-2013. She produced, edited and organized shoots along with networking. She edited 89 videos for Syracuse Archive Library. You can see some of her work here in Linkedin.

Gina volunteers for the National Alliance of Mental Illness as a speaker for NAMI's In Our Own Voice Program. She was also very involved with Landmark Education (Transformational Technology) for over 6 years. She served on the Global Leadership team for 6 months. Has been participating in various personal development work for almost 30yrs.

What's next for Gina? In 2017, she embarked on a career as a blogger. The name of Gina's blog is Gtopia and it encompasses her life in Costa Rica, being a mother, wife and advocate for others. As Gina's hero Carrie Fisher put it, we have to go out and be heroes for those who can’t.

In 2020 she embarked on having her own online Marketing Business that is the 65 billion dollar a year industry of Personal Development. She continues to grow her business and now is looking expand herself more by working full time and contributing her talents and skills.
