In my professional life, I've learned that a good relationship with your clients is the first step to making them buy your ideas. Even some times those ideas are 'super creative' for them. If your clients trust you, they are going to be more open-minded thru your thoughts.
About my goals, I love to create brand experiences, it doesn't matter about the media, it matters in the idea. It is teamwork between the departments (Accounts, Planning, Creative, Client, etc.)
