I have been working in IT since 1999 in the area of ​​customer support (HARDWARE) and since 2013, I have been working as a systems analyst and support at a RESTAURANT POS. Since then, I have been visiting customers to gather requirements, fix bugs and train employees and management. After completing the surveys, I would take them to the developer who would bring me the correction, and I would do the tests. In 2021, I received an offer to work in retail at GRUPO AVENIDA, managing the BACKLOG of the POS system itself, leading daily tasks with the development team. During this time, I worked with the CRM team to build a loyalty program (TUDO AV), which is now a success at GRUPO AVENIDA.

I currently work with PJ contracts as a technology manager for a restaurant with 4 stores (I manage the infrastructure team and act as a systems analyst with the POS and BACKOFFICE system team). I also work as an individual contractor coordinating the N1 SUPPORT team in a company with firewall and IT infrastructure support contracts.
