I'm a Consultant and Speaker (+ 350 and the first one was when I was 25 years old)

I'm graduated in PSYCHOLOGY, PEDAGOGY and THEOLOGY.

My path of studies (dissertations and thesis) and work is marked by questions about two main themes and their developments: FEMALE UNIVERSE AND MENTAL HEALTH.

In my youth I prepared myself to be a missionary in Africa and take care of women in need. During my training, MASTER and DOCTORATE (PUC/SP) and my SPECIALIZATION at the USP School of Medicine - I discovered that I could expand this location of assistance and work with women from all over the world. What I do today!

In the 23 YEARS of ACADEMIC CAREER, as a professor, researcher and scientific advisor for the Humanities area (FAPES-ES) I have collected gratifying impacts: I taught to more than 10,000 face-to-face students, I made about 500 participations and collaborations in TV, radio and newspapers and gave hundreds of lectures in Brazil and in the world. I have spoken in unusual places: a public square, a samba court and on a boat. My last conferences were in Japan, South Africa, Greece, Germany, the Czech Republic and India. I also count thousands of women with whom I serve through training in Emotional Education.

As a WRITER, I have been contributing for 6 years as a behavior columnist for JORNAL A GAZETA.

8 years ago I founded GINA STROZZI PALESTRAS e TREINAMENTOS where I promote training, workshops, mentoring, business consulting and develop solutions for the prevention and maintenance of MENTAL HEALTH and installation of PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY in corporations. My main clients are: Safra, Correios, Nestlé, Banestes, Águia Branca, Garoto, GDL Logística, Santander, Sebrae, among others.

I have International Certification in PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY by IISP.

Today I teach at the MBA at FUCAPE and at the postgraduate course at EMESCAM (Mental Health and Neuroscience). I have taught classes and coordinated research groups at UNIVERSIDADE MACKENZIE and several other institutions at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

I am the creator and founder of SCHOOL OF WOMAN - a training platform in female emotional entrepreneurship.

Mother of two boys, - I seek through my life to inspire WOMEN (to be) LEADERS of THEMSELVES - title of the BOOK I published in March 2019.

I am fast, dynamic, ethical, I establish deep methodological and conceptual foundations and, I point out, develop and implement solutions for personal and corporate demands. I am an enthusiast of psychological education for teams!
