I hold a degree in International Relations from the Federal University of São Paulo, a choice driven by my passion for languages and dynamic, diverse environments. My professional journey began at Itaú BBA, where I participated in a structured Internship Program focused on financial markets, data analysis, and banking products. I also contributed to team coordination by measuring workload and results, as well as preparing management reports. Recognizing the need to deepen my knowledge in project management, I pursued an MBA in Project Management at the University of São Paulo. This specialization equipped me with the tools and methodologies to lead complex projects, manage resources effectively, and achieve impactful results.

Seeking a global perspective, I embraced a challenge at Santander, where I currently serve as a PMO in the Organizational Development area of the People & Ombudsman Vice Presidency. In this role, I represent Brazil in international projects focused on Employee Experience and Onboarding. My responsibilities include process mapping and redesign, expectation alignment, budget management, conducting surveys, and creating strategic reports to support decision-making. I am deeply involved in topics such as Engagement Surveys and aligning HR strategies to enhance the employee experience.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am committed to making a positive social impact. I volunteered as a Portuguese teacher for refugees from Congo, leveraging my passion for languages to contribute to their integration into Brazilian society. This role reinforced my belief in continuous learning and personal and professional growth.
