I hold a degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Sรฃo Paulo, a choice driven by my passion for languages and dynamic, diverse environments. During my university years, I developed a deep interest in global connections and cultural diversity, which inspired me to pursue a career that blends international experiences with an analytical mindset.
My professional journey began at Itaรบ BBA, where I participated in a structured Internship Program focused on financial markets, data analysis, and banking products. In this role, I conducted a comprehensive operational efficiency study for the Cash Management team, which was instrumental in identifying process improvement opportunities. I also contributed to team coordination by measuring workload and results, as well as preparing management reports. These early experiences shaped my ability to analyze complex data and thrive under high-pressure conditions.
Recognizing the need to deepen my knowledge in project management, I pursued an MBA in Project Management at the University of Sรฃo Paulo. This specialization equipped me with the tools and methodologies to lead complex projects, manage resources effectively, and achieve impactful results.
Expanding my expertise has been a consistent theme throughout my career.
Seeking a global perspective, I embraced a challenge at Santander, where I currently serve as a PMO in the Organizational Development area of the People & Ombudsman Vice Presidency. In this role, I represent Brazil in international projects focused on Employee Experience and Onboarding. My responsibilities include process mapping and redesign, expectation alignment, budget management, conducting surveys, and creating strategic reports to support decision-making. I am deeply involved in topics such as Engagement Surveys and aligning HR strategies to enhance the employee experience.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am committed to making a positive social impact. I volunteered as a Portuguese teacher for refugees from Congo, leveraging my passion for languages to contribute to their integration into Brazilian society. This role reinforced my belief in continuous learning and personal and professional growth.
I am driven by a passion for creating solutions that make a real difference, excelling in dynamic, collaborative, and culturally diverse environments where ideas are exchanged, and perspectives are valued. My career is focused on professional growth and global impact, always with the intent to serve others. A fan of fiction, I immerse myself in books, series, and films, always with a curious mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning. Among my hobbies, I enjoy writing my own stories and listening to good rock music while doing aerobics.
