I'm an Electronics Engineer from Caracas, Venezuela. Currently, I'm living in the southern region of Brazil, in Porto Alegre.

I started working in the IT area since my internship in 2011. That year, I also graduated from Simon Bolívar University. During this time, I've gotten professional experiences in almost every IT related area. I've already worked with network communications, network and device security, advanced Windows resources (on-premises and cloud-native), wireless networks, IP-CCTV, access control, and IP Telephony. These experiences have given me the opportunity to learn about the IT area as a whole. Additionally, it's been key for me to develop my skills. Now, I'm able to provide quality technical support in many areas, in 3 languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

My professional goal is to stay working with cloud-based projects, specifically with Microsoft Azure. I'm certified in this platform, and I'm seeking to pursue more knowledge about it. This way, I expect to continue to be part of the digital transformation and workplace modernization for more companies that want to stay ahead in this fast-paced IT world.
