I am a graduate of Bachelor in Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management.

I have several work experiences. I have worked a s store supervisor for five years at Julies bakeshop. My responsibility as a store supervisor is to oversee the bakeshop operation like staffing, production, sales and inventories.
After I resign as a store supervisor I got hired as a secretary in a construction company for three years in which I have to ensure that contracts with the client is prepared as well as the construction workers weekly payment. One of my duties is also to oversee the materials purchase in the supplier and process the necessary permits.

After I resign as a secretary, I got hire in the BPO industry specifically at Concentrix for two years and 6 months to be exact. I work a customer support in which I have to assist customer through live chat. We are using Phoenix for us to cater three concurrency chat at a time. We have to assist customers for their food delivery status as well as refund request. We also provide assistance to the delivery rider for their compensation request and incentive queries.
I am a type of person that is dedicated to work and goal oriented. I tend to stay longer in a company to gain experience and knowledge that I can use to execute my responsibilities accurately. When assisting a customer, I always assist them in a friendly conversation manner to put them at ease and comfortable so they will feel that I can provide accurate resolution to their concern in a timely manner. My goal is to see larger numbers and close biggest deals.
