Hello, I'm Felipe, a Spanish and Brazilian citizen, and a full-stack JavaScript developer focused on the serverless environment at AWS.

During my career as a developer, I've faced many challenges. One of them is what led me to my specialty, which is making web applications scale during peaks of access as well as reducing costs during idle time.

Many times, I've seen people using EC2s on AWS for front and backend servers, facing issues with measuring scalability and reducing costs. So, I decided to help these people change their infrastructure to a serverless environment and solve those problems. Now, these same people use CloudFront on AWS with Next.js (a React framework) in a way that their pages are delivered much faster. They also changed their backend EC2 servers to a full Infrastructure as Code template with the serverless framework. With this approach, they started creating full backend and frontend environments with just a few CLI commands, which significantly increased their productivity.

I also worked a little bit with other technologies at the beginning. In my first job experience, I worked on developing apps according to our customer's needs. Therefore, I worked with various technologies such as IoT with Python, Java (SpringBoot) servers, Flutter for mobile apps, DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Websockets, and many others.

Now, I've worked with Node.js and React for the past 5 years, and I'm confident that I can help you with your company projects. I mostly work as a consultant, focusing on helping scale and reducing costs with serverless solutions.

One curiosity about me is that I speak three languages. I studied in a New Zealand High school in 2015, where I developed my English skills, while my Spanish and Portuguese skills came from my family.
