I have worked as the Deputy Director, Public health for the Greater Accra Region for a year. Worked as the Municipal Director of Health for 4 years and the Acting medical Superintendent of a Polyclinic. I have led policy translation and implementation at the district level by leading a team of about 300 staff of various cadres to achieve goals and targets. I provided overall leadership and management of public health programs at the district level. I have established and the set-up of institutions (health facilities) and ensured organizational goals, visions, values and systems translate into outcomes. Evidence in the operationalization of the first and only Polyclinic in the Ga Central Municipality with a population of over 300,000 persons and trained health staff (clinicians, disease control officers, nurses, community health nurses) to ensure they are updated with health practices. I have a proven ability lead and inspire teams and ensure prudent management of resources to execute projects
