I am a creative and curious professional, with a divers background in Accounts Payable, Human Resources and Project Management.

I have started my career as an Accounts Payable specialist, later process trainer and project coordinator. I had the chance to gather signifficant knowldge in this field, from invoice processing to KPI reporting, as well as account reconciliation. The highlights of my time spent in this field were definitely two major projects I spearheaded: the large-scale knowledge transfer between our team and our Indian counterparts (with 98% confirmed successr rate), as well as my AP transformation and sustainability project with cost savings on debit balance reduction and cash flow improvement with an impact of ~5Mil USD.
My change in career direction was brought on by a combination of an opportunity coming my way as well as curiosity for a new field. This resulted in me spending 4 years in HR, where I had the chance to refine a lot of my soft skill, like communication with colleagues in different regions and positions, time management in critical situations, to only mention a few.
Pivoting from HR, I have found new challange in an accredited Business Analysis degree, which resulted in a new career transition, this time in Project management. I have just recently completed my third year in this field, which has brought me a number of welcome challanges and learning opportunities. I continue to learn and push myself as a Change manager, however I would love to add to my portfolio by taking on a part-time project, in either of my fields of knowledge or even one outside of it. I have a signifficant number of transferable skills that I am more than happy to put to work.
