Since 2014, I have poured my heart into tech startups. Creating something from nothing, fostering it, expanding it, and taking it to higher levels, keeps me motivated.

I love technology, but I value the importance of genuine human connections and I connect with people instantly. Recruiting and connecting with people is what gets me out of the bed every morning. As a recruiter, I focus mainly on technical roles, nonetheless, you may also see me speaking with candidates outside this area. I give high importance, and care tremendously about candidate and employee experience, along with diversity, equity, inclusion, and transparency.

As an Ops person, I have proactively assisted organizations build a culture where employees are heard and valued. Drafted companies’ policies, and worked on employer branding, employee engagement, employee counseling, career paths & planning, and rewards.
