As a graduate of Mass Communications with over a year experience in customer service and administrative work, I have developed strong customer service skills; Be it handling customer complaints or providing solutions to their problems, preparing PowerPoint presentations, scheduling meeting on goggle meet and zoom and taking minutes of the meetings as well.
In my previous roles as an Account Manager for Bfree Africa , I have often been commended by my superiors for flexibility and ability to learn fast and work independently either remotely or on-site.
Furthermore, I am proficient in Microsoft packages, CRM software, which I believe will come in handy in this role. I also have extensive knowledge with customers and relevant experience working with my previous organization. All of the above, I believe, makes me an excellent candidate for this position.
