I’m currently working as a Second Line Support Expert at Zettle by PayPal, which I really enjoy. We execute our daily operations in systems as Salesforce, Jira, and Slack etc. My team and I works like a bridge between our First Line Support and the rest of the company.
We have a close cooperation with our product managers to ensure that we work effectively to adress bugs, keep track of company updates, and improve our products and services.
I also train our First Line agents to help them make sure that they provide our customers the best experience possible.
Additionally, I lead projects, create training material and a lot more. So overall, you could describe me as a typical “spider in the web”.
I’m looking for a job where I can grow my educational side and as a leader, I also have some experience in digital marketing and I love to express myself in writing! I thrive in environments where I can make an impact for colleagues and customers.
