In my current position, my recent challenge has been to drive retention, increase product adoption, and upsell through value creation and delivery. I introduced control measures and programs to increase the value obtained for our clients. This helped us improve customer satisfaction levels and achieve an NPS of 8.9 / 10.
Besides work, I travel (recently I went to Europe a couple of months back) I trek (50+ treks in India & Himalayas) and enjoy sports such as F1, Football & Cricket.
