"The Auteur" is a myth. My podcast has a core team of 5 people, but the credits of its first season include 114 unique artists who brought their individual talents and perspectives to the show, making it far richer as a result. As a creator, my top priority is to serve as a facilitator who brings out the best in his collaborators and doesn't shy away from learning how to navigate the road less traveled.

During my six years in podcasting, I have scheduled, edited, and hosted hundreds of hours of audio, with dozens of participants ranging in experience from complete newcomers to established voiceover professionals. In that time, I have maintained a 100% cast retention rate and established positive relationships with every creative professional I've worked with. Maintaining these relationships is vital because I can't help but experiment; in its lifetime, "Quest Friends!" has explored improvised fiction, scripted drama, tabletop games, short stories, comics, guest hosts, and original musical numbers, among other ventures.

In addition to entertainment, I've managed hundreds of volunteers through my work with MEDITECH and Reading Partners. At MEDITECH, I simultaneously assisted multiple hospital teams in their move to a new Electronic Health Record, and at Reading Partners, I scheduled, trained, and coached dozens of volunteer tutors on a weekly basis, maintaining a consistently high tutor satisfaction rate of 93% and retention rate of 92%. Each of these positions required learned mastery of new skills and programs, including: Adobe Creative Cloud, VBA coding, Ren'Py, Salsesforce, and proprietary software like MEDITECH Expanse. I typically learned these programs within a few weeks, with no prior experience.
