I'm excited to be applying for the Software Engineer position / web designer. As someone who is highly focused and attentive to detail, I thrive on building quality systems that surpass end users' expectations. I'm thrilled at the opportunity to show off my technical expertise and leadership skills .
During my previous role at Kanzu Code company, I was charged with contributing to developing a web application where freelance engineers could login and are assigned tasks. This has led to the growth of the company I all aspects.
Furthermore, I worked for Refactory Uganda basically on a mobile application, the app enables patients and doctors chat in different chat groups depending on the illness. The major problems that we aimed at solving was to reduce the transport costs, time going to the doctors for consultation. I developed the wireframes, wrote code and developed the database system for the app.
I worked as the customer service representative at Fenix International Uganda limited for 2 years. I was in charge of enhancing client relationships. Managing all incoming and outgoing phone calls, identifying client goals and targets.
Throughout the 2 years, I proved numerous times that I am a reliable team player with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Moreover, I showed that I could thrive in an international organization.
I am fluent in a wide variety of software and data management systems. I have a working knowledge of core programming skills basically in SQL, Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS. Python as listed in my resume.
In addition to being a Munyankore, I am fluent in English, Luganda and Lusoga.
