I am an experienced technical support and middleware systems administrator helping with technical systems support, Integrations and API management.

I have very good knowledge of the IBM Integration Bus (IIB), App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM MQ systems, and I am a strong proponent of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and Micro-Service architecture.
