I am an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully initiating and managing projects. In my previous role at PMHUB, I led a project from inception to completion, which involved developing a comprehensive business plan, overseeing the renovation of non-residential premises, and managing a team of 157 people from 8 contracting companies. I also ensured the stability and absence of employee turnover by hiring and managing a dedicated team for 3.5 years.

During my tenure, I effectively set project goals, defined the scope of work, determined timelines, and allocated resources. I achieved the break-even point for operational expenses within the second year and increased revenue by opening additional unused areas and attracting clients with annual contracts from agricultural enterprises.

I excelled in managing communication with suppliers and implemented a competitive bidding process, resulting in improved quality and engagement of external contractors. I successfully resolved conflict situations, such as negotiating a new lease agreement for the location with a better rate despite market recovery in rental prices.

Additionally, I conducted regular team performance evaluations, facilitated team-building sessions, and organized annual first aid and fire safety training events. I also identified, recruited, and onboarded new affiliate partners, expanding the affiliate network to include major companies such as МХП, BarvaInvest, and the Ministry of Sports of Ukraine.

Prior to my role as a Project Manager, I worked as an Account Manager at E-Sport LAB, where I generated financial reports and coordinated month-end closing processes. I also networked within the industry to interview boards and managing directors regarding company finances.

In my previous role as a Customer Success Manager at Epicenter K Kiev, I successfully implemented processes for sourcing, quality control, procurement, and delivery of specialized clothing for employees in 16 markets. I also oversaw construction project deadlines for a new office in Kiev.

I hold a Master's degree from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking in Sumy and recently upgraded my education at the University of Kiev, Mohyla Academy in Kiev.

Outside of work, I enjoy horseback riding and actively participate in the Donar Foundation for Tactical Medicine in Ukraine. I possess strong skills in strategic planning, customer relationship building, team building, and public relations.

I am fluent in Ukrainian and Russian as my first languages, and I have an upper-intermediate level of English (B2) with an IELTS certification.
