I have extensive project management experience mostly in the financial services sector. After completing my degree in Computing and Information Technology in 1993 at London Guildhall University, I worked as a programmer, system designer and business analyst before moving into project management in 1997.
Over the last 17 years I have run projects and transformations with a confirmed savings total of © $50m, this puts my employer’s average ROI on my cost an average of $3m per annum.
My preference is for taking the project from concept to implementation and benefits realization.
