Ever since I was young, I've been the person that family and friends have come to when anyone has a technical/IT problem.
My Support career started 12 years ago when I worked at a Telekommunicatoin company as a help desk call center agent. I had to explain non-technicial people how to configure their pc or to update an IPTV set top box.
Since then, I have acquired some basic developer skills. I was able to gain insight into the world of server protection, including handeling lunix-based web servers and today I am helping system administrators optimize Google Workspace in order to reach the most optimal and user-friendly operation.
My studies and experience from my previous jobs, have prepared me to easily master any new technology.
