I'm Damian, a young and very experienced finance specialist.

I spent my high school years becoming a certified accountant.

I worked and have deep expertise across the entire spectrum of finance:
1. I helped a company (Biostem Technologies) go public (IPO) on Nasdaq. As part of a team of seven people that handled all accounting and finance, I was in charge of the stock and warrant issuances for employees, contractors, investors. As well as the budgeting of the company for expense accounts, and everything related to the KPIs of the company: determining the KPIs and metrics, tracking, calculating, presenting information related to KPIs.
2. I registered and managed my own investment fund investing in the American stock market - outperforming the market immensely, acting as the General Partner of the fund, from the six-figure investments that I raised.
3. I was the only team member (in a team of two with the General Partner) in a $35.000.000 Search Fund: a fund where the General Partner gathers investor money to acquire one single company, after which he becomes the CEO. The work being done reflected precisely the work done by Private Equity companies. Having been the only team member, I was responsible for building valuation models for target companies to create a 35% annualized return for our fund, for 5-7 years; structuring the debt/equity financing for the leveraged buy-out of the companies; identifying and reaching out high-potential value companies for acquisition; doing financial, commercial due diligence of the potential target companies; establishing an automated process of identifying potential companies for acquisitions, finding out owner information, and doing cold outreach to hundreds of business owners.
4. Other finance experience in the financial markets, such as investment banking, asset management, prime brokerage, equity research, etc.
5. Solely responsible for implementing an ERP system in one of the biggest ($17.000.000 revenue) businesses from Moldova.
