Iโve always been intrigued by marketing, leveraging strategy and branding to create cohesive and engaging plans, and it slowly became my passion. I understand the importance of an innovative approach that embraces change, as staying in front of trends and on the cutting-edge of technological advances is necessary for any successful implementation of marketing.
Most recently, in my role as Digital Account Manager, I worked closely with over 40 individual Physical Therapy Clinics in managing their marketing efforts. I partnered with clients to develop strategies focusing on increasing leads through targeted efforts; including SEO Optimization, Email Marketing, and market/keyword research and analysis. Acting as the main point of contact for the client, my responsibilities also included client communication and proactive outreach, acting as a liaison between the client and additional support teams, and reporting clinic statistics and metrics.
Previously, in my experience as the Marketing Coordinator at TRA, I oversaw the creation, implementation, and reporting for all marketing projects, as well as various accounting and tax work as needed. I Introduced the company to marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies that incorporated a more holistic strategy to target a specific demographic. This encompassed a rebrand with logo design and creation, a new website launch and management; including SEO, edits, and UI/UX, as well as running multiple campaigns through direct mail, PPC, and B2B marketing. My role included gaining insight into traffic via Google Analytics and Search Console, then developing plans for paid search marketing via keyword research and google trends.
My background provides me with a solid understanding of the importance of customer relations and the ability to spot trends. Ultimately, the ability to connect with audiences and establish relationships is what differentiates oneself from the competition. My skills of analysis, testing, and design combined my history of working in various markets provide me with the necessary tools to thrive.
I approach situations abstractly, creatively searching for solutions outside of the status quo - regardless of the obstacle, my response is always hard work and the willingness to adapt.
